About the Team
The Workday Success Plans Advisory Services Team plays a crucial role in ensuring customers maximize the value they get from their Workday products. We focus on our customers' post go-live journey, assuring long-term success through a variety of programs and services ranging from feature assessments to full feature deployments.

Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services that include:
Feature Adoption Workshops (Facilitate customer Workday feature roadmap discussions).
Functional Review (Tenant Review with Advisory Consulting Services).
Health Check (Tenant Review with Cross Functional Advisory Consulting Services).
Expert Assist (Expert guidance for ad hoc customer requests).
Additional Services that our consultants deliver include:
Webinars (Present on key features and configurations).
Collaboration Crews (Facilitate group customer sharing discussions).
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience.
5+ years of experience with one or more of the following areas: Core HCM, HCM Security, Recruiting, Absence or Time Tracking.
Other Qualifications
Language Skills: English and one of the following languages preferred: German, French, Italian or Spanish. Other European languages will be considered.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR related systems and processes.
Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products.
Experience with influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders.
Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward an effective outcome.
Ability to deliver and get results while managing to a project plan.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with global implementations is preferred.
Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
