Applies demonstrated knowledge of Administrative and Communication skills to provide support for the Jacksonville Plant Leadership Team.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Provides general administrative support to the Jacksonville Plant Leadership team. Support areas include: scheduling/calendar management, office supply procurement, meeting organization, event organization, travel arrangement, expense management, project/resource tracking, etc.Serves as the Communication Lead for the Jacksonville Plant. Partner with the Leadership team to develop, construct, and deliver communication across the Plant in formats including: written (email) communication, web-based communication, townhall meeting organization, active display/monitor communication, etc.Act as the site Administrator/SME of timekeeping systems, processes, and hardware. Responsibilities in this area include: audit reports, partnership with supervisors on error resolution/approvals, historical trending, business/process changes, system issues, associate schedules, training, etc.Collaboration with Administrative partners across the site to help coordinate site level activities.Provides other support as directed by the Plant Leadership Team.Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team.Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a Vocational/Technical certificate or Associate's degree required.Required:Relevant professional work experience.Excellent Administrative and Communication skills.Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to develop collaborative partnerships.Strong personal computer software skills (i.E. Microsoft Office/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word, video conferencing, etc).Good organization skills.Flexibility to adapt/change plans as needed.Preferred: Experience with timekeeping systems (i.E.
