The position reports directly to the Life Actuarial Manager and requires close collaboration with various departments, including Risk Management, Underwriting, and Product Development.What you do Reserving Oversight : Lead the reserving process for life insurance liabilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Solvency II and IFRS17 standards. Implement robust methodologies and controls to guarantee the reliability of technical provisions.Profitability and Pricing Analysis : Provide oversight on the pricing and profitability of life insurance products. Ensure alignment of pricing assumptions with the company's risk appetite and market conditions. Offer expert opinions on product development and pricing strategies.Regulatory Reporting : Prepare and validate actuarial inputs for regulatory reporting, including Solvency II and IFRS17 submissions. Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting to external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.Risk Management Contribution : Collaborate with the Risk Management team to assess and quantify technical insurance risks.
