DescriptionFunctions and Responsibilities :- Supervise and support the preparation of the Annual Accounts of the Company and guarantee compliance with accounting and tax obligations at the local level.- Generate, maintain and report financial statements under local regulations and IFRS 17.- Supporting the Controlling team in the preparation of the budget- Support the Capital team in the preparation of the information to be reported under Solvency II- Monitor and stabilise the use of the new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, MSD) accounting system.- Generating annual, quarterly and monthly management reports- Identify and implement improvements in the area's processes- Interaction with the accounting department of the parent company in the UK and local operations when necessaryRequirementsMust have requirements :- Desirable Degree in Economics, Business, Economics or Business Administration and Management, Actuarial.- 5-6 years of experience in the insurance industry (motor will be a plus), in similar roles.
