We are focused on global expansion, collaborative innovation and sustainability with the aim to become a great place to work!Key ResponsibilitiesVerify, allocate, post and reconcile journal entries.Produce error-free accounting reports.Prepare monthly and annual financial statements following company closing procedures.Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.Assist with tax audits, tax returns and annual audit preparation.Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies and issues of non-compliance.Coordinate with logistics department regarding purchase orders, manufacturers and transport invoices and all related information.Deliver proactive solutions and closes and keep company procedures updated.Assist with the annual budget procedure.Collaborate with controlling in ad-hoc reporting.Initiate the dunning process in AR and work in collaboration with Sales department to solve them.RequirementsFinance or accounting degree.At least 5 years of accounting experience.Knowledge of local taxes (VAT, Intrastat, salaries taxes).Advanced level in Excel.Advanced level of English is mandatory; French will be a plus.Experience with SAP S4 Hanna will be a plus.
