You will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with all fiscal and legal obligations, and providing accurate and timely financial insights to support decision-making.

Functions: Manage general and financial accounting.
Prepare and submit AEAT models and tax filings.
Draft and review annual accounts.
Oversee cost accounting and budget control.
Record and reconcile financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax regulations.
Generate financial and accounting reports for management.
Support audits and fiscal inspections as needed.
Digitize and maintain an updated database of company documents (contracts, insurance, leases, etc.).
Collaborate on automating accounting processes and administrative tasks.
Technical skills you need to have: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
At least 7-8 years of experience in general accounting and tax compliance.
Proven expertise in AEAT models, annual accounts preparation, and cost accounting.
Proficient with accounting software our preference is Holded.
Advanced knowledge of tools like Google Calendar, Google Drive, Excel, and Word.
Experience in digitization and process automation.
Conversational English.
Spanish and Catalan native.
High level of precision, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Soft skills you need to have: Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Capable of managing deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in Family Offices or asset management is a plus.
Additional certifications or knowledge of other languages will be valued.

What we offer: Salary: 28,000 euros gross annually (12 payments).
