Responsibilities
Partner with multiple business teams to generate consolidated billings for cross-border and cross-business unit activities.
Reconcile revenue, billings, COGS, and internal DOMO reports to get accurate reporting.
Provide revenue and GP analysis by regions and clients.
Consult with the tax team to review and update the tax logic and policy with the business expansion.
Manage/Oversight intercompany processes, including intercompany settlement, reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
Work with reseller and programmatic partners team to get reports for the auto pay.
Send the AR statement to clients and coordinate with multiple teams to collect in a timely manner.
Work with external firms (HLS Credit Risk Management and Creditmonitor) to get credit reports.
Provide guidance and support to the regions and business units.
Supply the appropriate information to internal and external audit teams.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Preferred 3 – 4 years of work experience in advertising, with a focus on media.
Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups.
Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels of the Company.
Demonstrated strengths in organizational, attention-to-detail, follow-through, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to seek underlying assumptions through probing, questioning, and listening.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively and communicate information clearly and effectively.
Passionate about timeliness/commitment to deadlines and accuracy.
Strong technical skills/proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
High level in English.
