To expand our services and offerings within Spain, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record to join our Spanish commercial team. Do you have experience with selling high value Expert Services and Projects? Then this position might be a match! What do we expect from you as a Senior Account Manager? Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and expand the business in Spain. Prospect, identify and evaluate new business opportunities with new and existing customers in the region, focusing on developing key accounts for long term consulting positions and selling project-based services. Build new and expand existing client relationships with key decision makers at C-level and operational level. Build long-term customer relationships and strategic business partnerships to support clients through their journey from idea to patient . Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions. Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets. Manage the full sales process from lead identification to contracting with accurate follow-up in the CRM system. Evaluate complex questions and guide customers through their journey from idea to patient. Manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Expand your network in the life sciences sector by participating in different networking associations. Build your internal network within the organization with QbD Group consultants, sales colleagues, HR, and marketing. Who are we looking for? You have a master's degree in a scientific field, with at least 10-15 years of field experience , commercial flair and common sense. You have a proven track record developing mid-level and senior customer contacts . You are fluent in Spanish & English; knowledge of French is a plus. The medical device/pharma/biotech world is your passion and you can discuss technical aspects effectively. You can engage clients across various activities crucial for bringing products to market. You possess a healthy dose of self-confidence and actively listen to customers, partners, and colleagues. You can influence others both internally and externally. You are comfortable working with different tools and systems , ensuring accurate follow-up in the CRM system. You communicate and report clearly, raising concerns in a timely manner
