Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and drive long-term business growth
Identify and develop new strategic accounts to drive business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and exceed customer expectations
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
You Must Have :
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, account management or sales in the environment of industrial automation.
Experience in the EPC market.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
