The Role: As a Digital Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our SME clients, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will focus on driving sales, addressing software requirements, executing renewals, managing escalations, and maintaining consistent coverage across all assigned accounts.
