What you'll do Nurture & maintain an in-depth knowledge of TAAP performance in Spain. Look for opportunities to bring on new travel agencies as well as increase our participation with existing ones. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with top travel agencies, consortia, and travel agency networks. Guide our general sales agency to build and implement strategies and grow the business through the local team. Bridge the gap between the team on the ground and the leadership team, to share market insights and help define priorities. Convert knowledge into growth strategy. Source and present insightful data including performance, market, and competitor analysis, to implement meaningful action plans based on the data. Implement your plans to hit targets and support strategic objectives. Who you are Highly fluent in English and Spanish. Proven and confirmed experience in a travel agency-facing role or in an account management role in travel. A leader of people and motivator for the people you work with. A passion for digging through data points to understand complex problems and an understanding of how these can become growth opportunities.
