Main Purpose Manage relationships with a portfolio of client accounts to ensure maximum use of the services and delivery in line with the contract.
Day to day client management of existing business across Spain.

Main Responsabilities To identify business development opportunities within an existing client base and to maximise sales revenue by implementing effective strategies to maintain and grow existing business.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Grow revenue from existing clients - look for new spenders within existing clients.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Expand business through identification, planning and winning of new contact relationships to grow the client.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Manage an on-going pipeline of revenue and activity.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Assist with any RFP/Tender/Proposal.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Be knowledgeable about revenue and profitability and report accordingly.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs, culture and decision-making process.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Prepare for and attend QBR or other major client meeting.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Develop, agree, and maintain an account plan for each client to achieve sales strategy and targets including marketing campaigns and activity.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Manage the sales pipeline to ensure you achieve annual sales targets.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Proactively develop sales skills and market/business knowledge, apply best practice techniques and tools to maximise your performance.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Achieve budgets, targets, activity levels, as agreed with Head of Sales.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Responsible for developing effective relationships with internal departments to meet client needs.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Complete and provide appropriate, timely management reports as required.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Create and maintain all required CRM records.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Develop extensive knowledge of client procurement process, including who the decision-makers are, and develop effective interventions to provide solutions to issues that clients are facing in their localization process.
u00b7u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0 Understand external business environment, including key competitors, developments in technology, economic/political/social drivers.


Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 3-year college or university. Minimum 5 years of full time experience in client management and/or business relationship development, preferably in a large Language Service Provider Excellent knowledge of localization service and AI technology offering Understanding competitors / USP's / commercial awareness Account mapping, planning and management Strong analytical skills for monitor revenue, margin and budget Negotiation and closing skills Building effective relationships with clients and colleagues Superior written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English. Other languages such as French, and Italian are a plus Understanding of CMS's, e-commerce platforms, BI tools, and localization tools (CAT tools, TMS) Proficiency in the use of : - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Sales tools: Salesforce (or other CRM), Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Social media/digital marketing platforms
