We're looking for a talented Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team here at Hogarth Worldwide for an incredible career opportunity. Managing the cross-channel communications for a full portfolio of brands, you'll be integral to ensuring and building on the success of our large international clients. RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrating a clear understanding of the brand by acting as an Account brand/QC guardianUnderstand the client business needs to offer the right solutionsHandling all aspects of local market client campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest qualityMonitoring internal workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendationsControl campaign timelines and annual forecastsManaging, monitoring, and updating all timelines and set realistic expectations with clientsControl of budgets & scope of workAssisting with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function by managing agreed budgets and administrative tasksServing as day-to-day contact for agency/client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departmentsCoordinating between Project/Transcreation Management, Hogarth, client and agenciesManaging end-to-end AV, Print and Digital adaptation processes including liaison with internal teams, media agencies and clearance bodiesManaging workload effectively and highlighting to their line manager if support is required to ensure successful completion of a projectSupporting/training Account Managers/Account Executives in the team, pro-actively leading the teams to ensure they perform to the best of their abilityFollowing agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management toolsChecking all materials (PDFs, emails, TVCs etc.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clientsHighlighting and escalating quality control issuesCollating any information needed for input to client reports and presentationsREQUIREMENTS+5 years of experience working in a TV, print, or digital production role essentialAdaptations, Transcreation and Localisation experience essentialUnderstanding of creative expansion and/or have creative experience desirableStrong project management, time management and prioritisation skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, client focused and proactiveExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCan-do attitude and an ability to work under pressureFluent/native oral and written EnglishClear understanding of international brand challenges and working on global accounts with multiple markets and stakeholdersWORK CONDITIONSDynamic and creative work environment.International company with great growth projection.Full-time incorporation with flexible hours.Indefinite contract with a 6-month trial period.Face-to-face work with the possibility of teleworking.22 working days of vacation.6 days off (Christmas and Easter) and choice of 2 long weekend per year.Access to training.Life and accident insurance.Access to flexible compensation plan.Summer timetable: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.Diversity & InclusionHogarth is an equal-opportunity employer.
