Managing the cross-channel communications for a full portfolio of brands, you'll be integral to ensuring and building on the success of our large international clients.

RESPONSABILITIES Demonstrating a clear understanding of the brand by acting as an Account brand/QC guardian Understand the client business needs to offer the right solutions Handling all aspects of local market client campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality Monitoring internal workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations Control campaign timelines and annual forecasts Managing, monitoring, and updating all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients Control of budgets & scope of work Assisting with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function by managing agreed budgets and administrative tasks Serving as day-to-day contact for agency/client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments Coordinating between Project/Transcreation Management, Hogarth, client and agencies Managing end-to-end AV, Print and Digital adaptation processes including liaison with internal teams, media agencies and clearance bodies Managing workload effectively and highlighting to their line manager if support is required to ensure successful completion of a project Supporting/training Account Managers/Account Executives in the team, pro-actively leading the teams to ensure they perform to the best of their ability Following agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management tools Checking all materials (PDFs, emails, TVCs etc.)
and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clients Highlighting and escalating quality control issues Collating any information needed for input to client reports and presentations REQUIREMENTS Good social skills Negotiation skills +5 years of experience working in a TV, print, or digital production role essential Adaptations, Transcreation and Localisation experience essential Understanding of creative expansion and/or have creative experience desirable Strong project management, time management and prioritisation skills Organized, detail-oriented, client focused and proactive Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure Fluent/native oral and written English Clear understanding of international brand challenges and working on global accounts with multiple markets and stakeholders WORK CONDITIONS Dynamic and creative work environment.
