And we want you to join us in developing and further strengthening our partnerships with big and small Food & Beverage brands in the UK market.By working alongside our fun-spirited and dedicated team, you will gain valuable insights and expertise in the industry, as we strive to create strategic marketing plans and bespoke campaigns that perfectly align with our brand's requirements and objectives.YOU WILLManage the full sales cycle.
This ranges from resourcing new potential collaborations to managing key accounts combined with reporting on campaign performanceDevelop and nurture strong relationships with our partners s in the FMCG industryIdentify and qualify prospects and decision-makers in targeted companies to detect short-mid-long term opportunitiesManage with efficiency your sales pipeline through Pipedrive CRMUp-sell premium services by identifying challenges that our prospective customers face, and discover the best solutions for their businessProvide market insights and social media advice to brands about their campaign performanceOrganize visits to food fairs, exhibitions and client meetings throughout EuropeDevelop Degusta Box's identity within the assigned marketCreate B2B marketing material and newsletters for clientsWork closely with the Operations team to create boxes that our B2C customers loveRequirementsTHIS IS YOUYou speak English at a native or close to native levelYou have at least 3 years of previous Sales experience, ranging from Business Development to Account ManagementYou have excellent communication and negotiating skillsYou are goal-oriented and enthusiasticYou are a strategic professional with an analytical mindsetYou're organized and work well in a teamYou enjoy presenting and are able to express yourself both face-to-face as well as through other mediums of communicationYou are passionate about the food industryYou are eager to prove yourself and your entrepreneurial mindset in an exciting and challenging projectYou are looking to join a young, dynamic team within a relaxed yet motivated environmentYou love food (but really, who doesn't)WHAT DO WE OFFERCompetitive salaryFlexibility in schedule - short Fridays & work-from-home options up to 50% 15 days of remote work days from countries within the EU25 days of holiday a year, and an additional day for seniority after 3 years in the companyHalf a day off to celebrate your birthdayDiscounted Private Health InsuranceDiscounted membership with Urban Sports ClubCentral Barcelona office locationDog-friendly officeFresh fruit, drinks and loads of snacksSocial events such as our rooftop BBQs and seasonal partiesFantastic colleagues from all over the worldReferral bonusGot something to bring to The Box?
