As our Senior Account Executive (all genders), you will lead end-to-end processes in our Go-to-Market team.
Leveraging your expertise, you'll advise with a genuine consultative sales approach our prospects in the logistics space.
Responsibilities You will work directly with our CEO and Co-founder who leads our GTM efforts.
In this role, you will: Own your pipeline end-to-end, from discovery and building a compelling impact case to winning the organization and negotiating the deal to closure for customers with high strategic relevance.
Understand how TradeLink aligns with our target accounts' strategic objectives, individual processes, and challenges while showing a consultative approach.
Act as a respected advisor to our future customers.
Represent TradeLink to the outside world by building sincere relationships with prospects and customers while helping them achieve their goals.
Collaborate with the BDR team to evaluate and create the most promising opportunities, while sharing industry learnings with the organization.
Work closely with the GTM team and the CEO in iterating our sales approach based on our market learnings.
Represent TradeLink in selective events like exhibitions, customer events, and webinars.
Build direct relationships with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to share your learnings and get support for your deals.
Qualifications You have: 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or comparable roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
Experienced growth in previous roles and successfully closed key prospects.
A motivation for landing and expanding deals in the SaaS industry, leveraging a value-based sales approach to create long-lasting customer relationships.
A keen interest in logistics and supply chain management to effectively communicate with our customers and analyze their problems.
A natural curiosity for our prospects' business and processes, and the ability to think fast in order to build convincing cases and win the trust of prospects.
Experience in managing organizational decision-making processes and handling multiple stakeholders.
A high hunger for success that translates into persistence, resilience, and proactivity.
A value for working in a fast-paced environment, eager to constantly learn and improve together with your colleagues.
Fluency in German and English.
