Exciting cybersecurity SaaS start-up are relocating their commercial team to Valencia.
Amongst other sales roles, we're looking for multiple Senior Account Executives.
If you've got a tracked record selling SaaS solutions to SMB and Mid-Market customers in Europe, want to earn big commissions, and enjoy a fast paced sales environment, then this could be the role for you.
Headlines: New business hunter Hybrid (after onboarding) SaaS sales Salary - above market rate Commission - 20% on everything you sell In this role, you will: • Identify and engage SMB and Mid-Market prospects selling a SaaS cyber security training platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' unique needs and aligning them with tailored cybersecurity training solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
• Represent the company events, trade shows, and client meetings.
What it takes: • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on the SMB market in SaaS or tech solutions.
• A proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships while exceeding sales targets.
• Change the status quo helping shrink sales cycles • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A relentless work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle setbacks while staying focused on long-term goals.
• Willingness to put in extra effort, including cold outreach and attending events, to ensure targets are met.
• Experience working across European markets; fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
Nice to haves: • Experience in cybersecurity or related tech sectors.
• A history of success in start-up or scale-up environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and sales methodologies such as SPIN or SPICED.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
