OverviewWe are looking for a new Senior Account Executive to join Axway's family in 2024. Axway is an enterprise integration company with over 20 years of experience, serving more than 11,000 customers in 100 countries. As part of the Sales Team in our Madrid office, you will be representing Axway, a global software company and market leader in governing data flows.
ResponsibilitiesDirect New Business sales and Account Management responsibility for the Spain TerritoryExecute and overachieve quarterly revenue and bookings targetsWork with the sales management team to establish direct sales through a strategic territory plan and additional market development strategies for the defined territory accountsDevelop and coordinate strategic activities with clients to further develop the business relationshipBuild strategic partnerships with local SI companies to establish Axway's penetration within specific verticalsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns & programs to build pipelineBuild and drive new sales pipelines across designated verticals and/or territories to meet agreed targetsQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in on-premise & Cloud/SaaS based software solutions sales, ERP, business application, and/or Middleware sector as a Direct Sales Executive in SpainGood relationships and contacts in large accounts in SpainHunter mentality with a focus on revenue growthExpert in achieving revenue goals with measurable and ambitious indicatorsStrong, dynamic, determined, and customer-oriented personalityAbility to work as a sales leader to motivate and engage various teamsEnjoy working in trust and autonomy with a high level of ethics & responsibilityFluent in Spanish and EnglishDegree level or equivalent: Master's in business administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or similarReady to travel when required
