This person will be supporting global FMCG brands, leaders in their category and are creating breakthrough, award-winning marketing. The Senior Account Executive will be essential to the continued success of creative communications that are highly strategic and impact the account's future. We need someone who can be a true partner to our client and cross-functional agency team and support the larger team in creating revolutionary creative work. ACCOUNTABILITIES For our MRM Senior Account Executive, leadership manifests across: Our People: Find, develop, align, and inspire talent: our talent is our biggest asset. Collaborate with creatives about the work to ensure comprehension and ownership. Work collaboratively with planning to steer and inform the direction of the strategy. Look for further opportunities for the brand and, ultimately, the agency. Our Place: Drive the triumvirate way of working within the office and across the brands (strategy, business, creative). Our Promotion: Be the industry's and Business Leadership's voice/face. FUNCTIONS: The Senior Account Executive for MRM will be required to: Set priorities, organize workstreams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects.Develop, maintain, and/or review weekly and monthly status reports and cultural and competitive audits.Support a highly strategically oriented accounts, working in upstream product development and marketing initiatives.Drive the brand forward in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment.Manage various elements of production across the traditional, digital, and/or social spaces.Become a subject matter expert in the client's business, immersing yourself in their history, competitive landscape, and objectives/goals moving forward.Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines and business areas throughout the organization, as well as with your agency counterparts
