If so, this opportunity is for you. We're looking to hire a Senior Account Executive to join our sales team & make a tangible impact on how the most influential brands grow through advocacy. The Duel Brand Advocacy Platform allows enterprise brands to do just that - scaling how they manage their relationships with thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors. We're proud today that brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, The Container Store, Charlotte Tilbury, Spanx, Victoria's Secret and Beekman 1802 (to name a few, but not to name some household names that are yet to go live) are doing just that. The Role: Enterprise Sales Strategy: Manage the end-to-end sales process for prospective Duel clients, from prospecting through to closing, taking a long-term view to help brands scale their advocacy. Build Relationships: Grow a multi-level network of contacts at top brands through phone, email, face-to-face meetings, and other channels. Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Brand Success teams to build pipelines and develop account-based strategies. Discovery & Demos: Host discovery calls and product demos to educate brands on Duel's offerings and build complex value-based solutions. Closing Deals: Build and propose bespoke Brand Advocacy programs to clients, negotiating terms and guiding deals through to completion. Product Expert: Leverage your deep understanding of the Duel platform to align client needs with Duel's capabilities, ensuring maximum value. CRM & Industry Knowledge: Track interactions in HubSpot and stay on top of industry trends in the brand and retail space. The Experience: Proven experience as an enterprise-level quota carrier, selling six and seven-figure solutions. Comfortable engaging with C-level executives. Familiar with account-based marketing and strategic selling approaches. Experience selling SaaS or agency services/solutions, ideally in a high-growth tech startup.
