Your ManagerYou will join a team of 8 - 10 people, managed by the VP Sales Europe, in the Sales Department.
The team is covering mainly Southern Europe, DACH, and it is growing to expand in UKI, Nordics, and Benelux.
Your ResponsibilitiesPipeline Development: Building and managing a high-quality pipeline of strategic accounts, focusing on enterprise clients.Prospecting & Outreach: Proactively identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers using a mix of tools, including CRM systems, LinkedIn, and personalized email campaigns.Consultative Selling: Conducting strategic discovery calls to uncover pain points, demonstrate ROI, and align our solutions with clients' business needs.Product Demonstrations: Leading tailored demos of our SaaS platform, effectively communicating its value proposition and addressing specific client challenges.Objection Handling: Reassuring and educating prospects who may be hesitant about adopting SaaS solutions, fostering trust and confidence.Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospects to position yourself as a trusted advisor.Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts and finalizing deals, ensuring smooth handoffs to the Customer Success team for implementation and ongoing success.Market Awareness: Monitoring and responding to competitive market trends to position our services effectively.Revenue Growth: Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding customer use cases and their evolving needs.What will make you successful at Skeepers?Being a consultative seller: actively listening, asking insightful questions, and understanding the unique environment and challenges of your prospects.Demonstrating experience engaging with C-level executives, particularly in Marketing or Client-focused departments.Bringing tangible value to our customers by aligning their goals with our solutions.Thriving as a team player: collaborating closely with internal teams to create success stories and drive results.
