As a Senior Account Director in this team, you are primarily responsible for building, maintaining, and growing the business and relationship with a group of global customers based in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You are interested and able to connect with that group of global customers (and with the team at Dynata) coming from diverse cultural backgrounds. You have a competitive mindset, love working in a high-energy environment, and have experience and success in selling to international customers in the market research, media, or marketing industry.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
Together with the regional Sales Director, you develop sales strategies, build account plans, and execute sales activities for your group of global customers operating out of Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
You meet or exceed sales targets for the accounts for which you are responsible by retaining existing business and upselling new business and product opportunities.
You ensure proactive communication with customers and are a professional conversational partner.
You make sure that customers are happy with Dynata and want to work with us, coming back for more. You work together in a team with other Account Directors, Account Managers, and Project Managers.
Together you take care of success across the project lifecycle and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong presence in the industry through active membership and function attendance for industry professional organizations. Represent the Company at activities and functions. Stay abreast of industry news and trends. Communicate critical developments to sales and organizational stakeholders.

Experience & Education:
7+ years of Sales account management experience with demonstrated success in growing and managing accounts;
Experience with large account sales and managing complex sales in large organizations.
