Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled and experienced SAP Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP programming and experience with the SAP HR module, mainly Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (PT).

Proficiency in English and a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

ABAP Programming: Develop, implement, and optimize ABAP code to meet the functional and technical requirements of the business.
SAP HR Module Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP HR modules, particularly PA, OM, PY, and PT, to design and enhance HR processes.
Integration Solutions: Provide expertise in integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, development processes, and project updates.

Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with a strong focus on ABAP programming and SAP HR modules.
Proficient in ABAP programming and extensive experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, PT).
Nice to have experience with integration tools such as Business Integration Builder (BiB) or Point-to-Point (PTP) integration.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities. Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
