We are looking for a Senior 3D Software Engineer - Cloud (flexible working time and partial remote work possible) to join our growing team in Madrid, Spain or Lausanne, Switzerland.You will join our Cloud team and contribute to building our cloud-based 3D editor, optimized for the precise visualization and analysis of the scenes reconstructed by our photogrammetry solutions. You will lead the 3D technical strategy and participate in the whole product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for the architecture, development, and delivery of our application, from the initial definition to final integration, deployment, and maintenance.You are passionate about 3D visualization on the web, looking for a challenging position that will give you the opportunity to push the limits of the technology. You enjoy sharing good practices, pair programming, and learning from others, and are passionate about your craft.Responsibilities Lead the technical strategy regarding our Cloud 3D editor. Architect, design, and develop 3D visualization systems to improve and expand the capabilities of the Pix4D cloud-based products. Collaborate with Desktop teams on the standards and integration of 3D data models. Investigate cutting-edge technologies to discover innovation opportunities and share knowledge with teammates. Implement maintainable and scalable solutions, focusing on quality and valuing simplicity. Contribute to the daily operations of the production environment, such as new deployments, monitoring, etc. Minimum Requirements Expert knowledge on ThreeJS or similar, Cesium, Potree. Experience with WebGL, Typescript, and Javascript. Knowledge of standard formats and strategies to store and load 3D assets in different industries (e.g.: Geospatial, Construction, Game, …). Knowledge of Python, Django, Flask, Falcon, or Node.js is a plus. Understanding of AWS infrastructure (S3, EC2, ECS, EBS, SQS…) is a plus. Able to perform in a team and autonomously. Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving skills. Be pragmatic and value simplicity in your solutions. Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
