Job DescriptionWe are on the search for enthusiastic SEM Specialist to join our team, delivering excellent service to our clients and capable of defining the future of paid search at our organisation.
He/She will be responsible for ensuring that search engine campaigns (Google, Bing) and all its different formats (text, Performance Max, Demand Gen, App Campaigns, Youtube formats, etc.) show relevant, optimised results in line with the client's briefing and needs.
To achieve this objective, the following tasks will be in his/her daily responsibilities in the different differentiated phases:
PLANNING Study of relevant keywords for the product and/or service in question.Estimation of the investment related to the related keywords for the defined period.Planning based on the defined campaign period and in relation to the objectives set, including impressions, traffic to the site, sales and costs (incl. technology and fee).ACTIVATION Creation of the associated Google Ads account, linking to the correct billing profile and inclusion of the budget for the campaign period.Creation of the content approved by the client, using Google Editor.Configuration of the account with the parameters associated with the briefing (location, language, daily budget per campaign, ad scheduling, tracking, url parameters, etc.).Creation and synchronisation of the account with the corresponding bid measurement and optimisation tool, if applicable (SA360, Marin, AMO, Kenshoo, etc.).Full account activation.MONITORING Control of budget consumption to adjust to the approved plan and monitoring of the evolution of the main KPIs (impressions, clicks, position, CPC and cost).Control of the tracking of conversions in the corresponding tool, to guarantee the correct measurement of the campaign.Preparation of tracking reports, in the agreed format and periodicity, being responsible for the delivery of correct data and contrasted with the appropriate sources.Qualitative analysis of the data and provision of comments and proposals for improvement where appropriate.Continuous analysis of the possibilities for growth and optimisation of the account.Review and update of copies when necessary and according to changes requested by the client.Review and update of urls when necessary and according to the changes requested by the client, and periodically to avoid errors in the redirection of traffic to the site and invalid clicks.OPTIMISATION Activation of the necessary changes to achieve the set objectives and to improve the set KPIs.Review and activation of additional content necessary for the growth of the account.Updating the content of the account according to the client's new products and/or services.Development and presentation to the client of optimisation proposals based on new features, improvements, growth possibilities, cost improvements, etc.Implementation of necessary changes and adjustments in the associated technology to improve results and optimise costs, always based on the established KPIs.QualificationsBachelor's Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar or +2/3 years of experience and knowledge of "Search Engine Marketing (SEM) processes.Proficiency in English (B2 or more) which will be valued in interview by the Talent Team.Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.Additional InformationFlexible Benefits (Cobee): Enjoy more than just work with flexible compensation including meal vouchers, health insurance, transportation, and more.
