Publicis Groupe links Creativity, Technology and Data offering a value proposition that effectively connects brand and consumer.Job Description You will have the opportunity to work for the account of one of the country's most important retail companies!We are on the search for enthusiastic SEM Specialist to join our team.How you'd spend your day:PLANNINGStudy of relevant keywords for the product and/or service in question.Estimation of the investment related to the related keywords for the defined period.Planning based on the defined campaign period and in relation to the objectives set, including impressions, traffic to the site, sales and costs (incl. technology and fee).ACTIVATIONCreation of the associated Google Ads account, linking to the correct billing profile and inclusion of the budget for the campaign period.Creation of the content approved by the client, using Google Editor.Configuration of the account with the parameters associated with the briefing (location, language, daily budget per campaign, ad scheduling, tracking, url parameters, etc.).Creation and synchronisation of the account with the corresponding bid measurement and optimisation tool, if applicable (SA360, Marin, AMO, Kenshoo, etc.).Full account activation.MONITORINGControl of budget consumption to adjust to the approved plan and monitoring of the evolution of the main KPIs (impressions, clicks, position, CPC and cost).Control of the tracking of conversions in the corresponding tool, to guarantee the correct measurement of the campaign.Preparation of tracking reports, in the agreed format and periodicity, being responsible for the delivery of correct data and contrasted with the appropriate sources.Qualitative analysis of the data and provision of comments and proposals for improvement where appropriate.Continuous analysis of the possibilities for growth and optimisation of the account.Review and update of copies when necessary and according to changes requested by the client.Review and update of urls when necessary and according to the changes requested by the client, and periodically to avoid errors in the redirection of traffic to the site and invalid clicks.OPTIMISATIONActivation of the necessary changes to achieve the set objectives and to improve the set KPIs.Review and activation of additional content necessary for the growth of the account.Updating the content of the account according to the client's new products and/or services
