The person in this role will support Amazon Selling Partners on their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe, meeting all their sustainable compliance needs.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
Key job responsibilities: Demonstrate effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.A day in the life:
Your day will progress driving seller engagement to help selling partners identify their compliance needs and guiding them through new & existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. You will speak with Sellers in different countries via phone and email and use various internal tools. You will also work with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.

Spanish language is mandatory for this role.
