Seller Acquisition Manager France (M/F/D)

Online marketplaces have never been this awesome. The Seller Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, targeting, and onboarding new sellers to join our marketplace. This role involves developing and executing strategies to attract high-quality sellers, managing the end-to-end seller acquisition process, and ensuring a diverse and robust product offering on the platform.

Job scope: The Seller Acquisition Manager is responsible for one or two assigned countries. The role reports into the Team Lead Seller Acquisition. The team is split between two locations, Düsseldorf, and Palma de Mallorca. The Seller Acquisition Manager needs to interact in the language of the assigned country. The role focuses on identifying market trends and sourcing new sellers, onboarding and managing seller relationships, and setting the base for assortment and sales growth on the marketplace. This position is responsible for driving seller acquisition, optimizing the registration process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness of our online marketplace. Depending on the market/country, customers need the respective category prioritized to strengthen our assortment competence. Therefore, a close collaboration and alignment with the respective Country Lead is required.



Core activities:

Seller outreach and targeting Seller identification and prioritization Relationship management Collaboration and coordination of cross-functional projects Performance tracking, reporting, and documentation onboarding Training and development (onboarding of new joiners, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, training internal teams on processes, continuous self-improvement, and skill development) Key performance indicators: # of new seller accounts acquired On top sales of acquired accounts % of new products live, % of necessary brands You've got MBA or advanced degree. Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry. Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
