David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit French & Flemish speaking Customer Service & Sales Representative (Belgian Market) for their Barcelona office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reachedPlace outbound calls when requiredQuote creation and follow upUse upselling/cross-selling techniques to maximise revenueStay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their successEnsure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintainedTrack on stock availabilityCross language backup if neededAnswer and deal with customer post sales requestsSolve status queries.REQUIREMENTSNative/fluent in French, both oral and written.
Fluent in English & Dutch (at least B2 level)Minimum of 1-year relevant experienceKnowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.
