The Role
As the Security Manager at Wallbox, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of governance, risk, and compliance in terms of information security. This includes corporate, product, and eCommerce scopes. We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader who can successfully manage compliance audits and lead the adaptation and execution of the security master plan.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead successful compliance audits including ISO27001, TISAX, CyberEssentials Plus, and SOX.
Develop and execute adaptation plans to standards such as NIST, NIS2, SEC Cybersecurity, ENS, and more.
Lead the creation and execution of the Security Master Plan.
Manage Wallbox's privacy and data protection office, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate risk management and employee cybersecurity awareness programs.
Owner of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Develop and implement security policies and procedures at both the corporate and product levels.
Actively participate in projects aimed at achieving security compliance across the organization.
Define incident response plans and communication with regulatory authorities.
Coordinate and analyze supplier security in collaboration with procurement and legal departments.
Design and execute IT security business continuity plans.
Manage cybersecurity for product and eCommerce web/apps.
Adapt IoT product cybersecurity to regulations such as LINCE and ETSI-303645.
Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in the cybersecurity sector.
Proven experience in a leadership role in information security.
Extensive knowledge and experience in managing compliance audits and in developing adaptive security plans.
Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities at all organizational levels.
Deep understanding of data protection and privacy legislation at an international level.
Experience in managing ISMS and coordinating cybersecurity awareness programs.
