You will work together with both Global and Local stakeholders including Sales Account Executives, Sales Directors & Representatives, and liaise with our Corporate Segment Experts, and our in-plant Technical Design Offices in Spain & France.The ideal candidate for the Segment & Solutions Business Development role at Universal Enclosures should have a strong strategic mindset and the ability to drive profitable growth globally. Change management skills are crucial for success in this position, as well as a curious and detail-oriented mindset. They should possess excellent analytical skills, expertise in driving sales and negotiations with all kinds of stakeholders.
