Our global Industry Segment organization caters to the industrial customers operating in Oil Gas, Mining, Metals, and other energy-intensive industries around the world.
We are looking for a very dynamic person, with the right skills to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams across the business and continents to define and promote our solutions for the Industry segment.You will define and implement the portfolio management and marketing strategies, in support of the Industry segment sales team across the globe.
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management of the company and working closely with the Industry Network Lead for Industry, you will coordinate strategic activities related to the development of specific solutions for our industrial customers, and you will promote those at events and in customer meetings to meet business objectives and increase market share.
Join us and take your career to the next level.Your responsibilitiesSupport the strategic positioning in the market by developing a good understanding of the market segment trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.Maintain a segment roadmap in close collaboration with the Product Management and Technology Management organizations to create a segment roadmap which supports the growth strategy.Define and promote the segment value proposition in close collaboration with the marketing organization.Drive innovation in the segment by running technical and innovation workshops with customers on specific concepts, offerings, technologies business models.Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your backgroundAn expert in energy and software solutions for industrial sectors, with strong know-how about industrial customers and markets.Strong business acumen skills and general management awareness, with more than 10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or business development.Solid skills for business modeling, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio management, and implementation of strategies across the organization.Proven expertise working across virtual teams, capable of presenting and defending business ideas, having influencing skills to align the teams on the go-to-market models.Demonstrated capability to effectively communicate to a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior management, with proven ability to lead a cross-functional team.
