Reporting to the Operations Director Rigid & Flexible, your role is pivotal in shaping our future. Here's what you'll be doing:Key Responsibilities:Strategic Excellence: Lead the rollout of strategic operational excellence initiatives across the segments, including TPM, Management for daily improvement, and SPC.Cost Savings Champion: Deliver yearly Savings Targets, targeting a reduction of approximately 2% in Production Costs.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with local teams to identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on efficiency, material balance, yield enhancements, and more.Operational Alignment: Implement an aligned Operational Excellence approach in close cooperation with the Division Head of Business Excellence, covering Trainings, Project Management, Project Follow-up, OEE Audits, and more.Organizational Development: Drive the organizational structure and development of the Segments BEX Organization, shaping the future of our teams.Management Responsibility:While you won't have direct reports, you'll have a strong dotted line connection to Site BEX Managers.
