The Role of Security Supervisor:
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team. The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day security operation and ensuring the safety and security of all guests, residents, employees and property. The role includes risk, loss management of the property, as well as taking a lead in workplace safety and life/fire safety systems, preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel.
Supervise the shift safety & security operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained.
Responsible for checking all fire, life safety equipment are within the expiry limits.
Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues by safety & security officers as they record them during their patrols.
Conduct random bag inspections of associates entering and leaving the building.
Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress.
Regularly attend to the common area where guests present and make guests feel delighted and secured.
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
Our Ideal Security Supervisor:
As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Security Supervisor candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and good problem-solving ability. Applicants are required to have two years experience in public or private security in a supervisory/managerial capacity. A T.I.P Director of Security is required. Applicants also are required to have a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. First Aid, CPR and Defibrillator Certification is also preferred. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
