The Role of Security Supervisor: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team.
The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day security operation and ensuring the safety and security of all guests, residents, employees, and property.
The role includes risk and loss management of the property, as well as taking a lead in workplace safety and life/fire safety systems, preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel.
Supervise the shift safety & security operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained.
Check all fire and life safety equipment to ensure they are within expiry limits.
Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues by safety & security officers during their patrols.
Conduct random bag inspections of associates entering and leaving the building.
Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress.
Regularly attend to common areas to ensure guests feel delighted and secure.
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
Initiate action to correct hazardous situations and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
Our ideal Security Supervisor: As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Security Supervisor candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and good problem-solving ability.
Applicants are required to have two years of experience in public or private security in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
A T.I.P Director of Security is required.
Applicants must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
First Aid, CPR, and Defibrillator Certification is preferred.
Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
