About the Role: Deliver on or above the target revenues and margin.Accurately report on opportunity, performance, and performance load.Recruit, train, and manage a performance-oriented motivated team.Manage the team to optimize the results.Ensure compliance with all reporting and use of in-house tools.Run system reports to produce renewal information for renewal maintenance contracts.Produce weekly forecasts and performance reports by country.Manage vendor support services mailboxes, responding to queries.This role has scope for further career development within an important IT multinational company.
