The Position As the Security & Privacy Program Specialist for the Product Security and Privacy Operations (PSPO) function, you will be a member of the PSPO Team.
The role is crucial in establishing a highly efficient working environment for PSPO in terms of managing projects related to product security and privacy, implementing and maintaining product security plans, undertaking workshop and team activities facilitation, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and needs.
You will be a creative problem solver, critical thinker, fast learner and create collaborative relationships across the organization.
You will be responsible: Product Security & Privacy governance: Support the preparation and execution of Product Security & Privacy governance bodies, managing agendas, developing schedules and materials and ensuring the delivery of tasks by the corresponding stakeholders, tracking and reporting their progress regularly.
Collect feedback and KPIs to track the execution of projects and activities, adoption of Product Security & Privacy initiatives and standards and their impact to strategic objectives.
Create regular reports and updates to various stakeholders.
Stakeholder management and internal communication: Developing and maintaining trusted relationships and cross-collaboration with other functions and major stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of team initiatives with overall company goals.
Support on internal communication activities to tell the story of Product Security & Privacy across the organization, ensuring effective communication channels and messaging are in place.
Training and awareness: Support the creation and management of Product Security & Privacy training materials, coordinate the work with different stakeholders and monitor completion.
Support the preparation and execution of internal events related to Product Security & Privacy (including communities) to raise awareness.
Team engagement: Develop and implement engagement programs and activities to promote teamwork, morale, and motivation within the team, driving the corresponding project plans.
Cultivate continuous improvement by monitoring team dynamics, conducting surveys, and collecting feedback to assess team engagement, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Overarching: Exercise excellent people skills, be a team player motivated by the opportunity to solve problems within a dynamic environment.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
As Security & Privacy Program Specialist you have: Bachelor's degree in a related field (eg. Business Administration)
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (project management consultant, project coordinator, business analyst, or related roles)
Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, being able to see the bigger picture analyze metrics and provide insights and recommendations
Ability to work effectively in a changing, agile, multinational and multiple location environment with flexibility and adaptability to teamwork
Excellent people skills with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals
Proactive, self-driven, motivated, effective thinking with ability to decide on his/her own
Nice to have: Experience working with security and privacy teams
PMP accreditation
