As an Identity and Access Management Security Architect, you'll own the delivery of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform and services as well as implementation operations. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
We are looking for a committed professional to join us as IAM Security Architect in our Identity and Access Management Engineering team – part of Swiss Re's front-line Security Team.

Our services are at the heart of the corporate infrastructure, and our mission is to provide users in Swiss Re-affiliated companies and partner organisations with reliable and customer-friendly services while keeping our company safe.
In your role, you will…Architect, deploy, test, monitor, and operate our Identity and Access Management services.Develop documentation to support ongoing IAM solution operations, maintenance, and specific problem resolution.Work across functions to improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices.Support the migration to the new IAM system (Identity Security Cloud), ensuring the platform provides the highest quality of service.Your qualificationsNobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements. What we need from you:Experience as a IAM Security ArchitectA degree in Computer Science/Information Security/comparable fieldFamiliarity with different IT platforms and technologies (virtualisation, database, networking, private and public cloud platforms)Solid knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management as a disciplineSolid knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance in a highly regulated industryCan-do attitude and the ability to push Identity & Access Management topics forward as part of a team or independentlyBelief in continuous innovation, curiosity, and relentless pursuit of improvementAbility to present complex topics to different audiences on diverse technical levelsExcellent knowledge of Sailpoint solutions (IIQ and ISC)Knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologiesGood written and spoken communication skills in EnglishYou should be well-versed in these areas:Identity & Access ManagementProgramme management for complex system integration projects (technical experience)IAM application onboarding knowledgeSkills and experience in software engineering, application architecture, API architecture, IT service management and with different cloud platforms (Azure, Ali, AWS, and/or IdPs)Governance, risk, compliance in a highly regulated industryBusiness process (re-)engineeringNice-to-have PAM knowledge (CyberArk)Sailpoint certificationWhat can you look forward to?Annual salary reviews and a performance-based bonus each yearHybrid setup, balancing between working from home and the office premisesConstant opportunities for learning and enhancing your technical and interpersonal skillsGreat corporate benefits, including various product and service discountsModern work environment with top-notch facilities and modern technologiesAs much coffee (and fruit) as you need to go about your day and a great lunch cultureInterested in this new challenge?
