We are currently in need of a COLLEGE SECRETARY for the College of Criminal Justice with the following qualifications:

Graduate of any four year course. With good communication skills both oral and written. Computer literate Proficient in the usage of social media (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares the College calendar and schedule of courses/sections as offered by the College. Responsible for preparing specific examination schedules and proctoring assignments. Chief custodian and manager of student and college related records in the dean's office. Schedules faculty/college meetings and keeps the records of the minutes of such. Coordinates with the University registrar in processes involving enrolment and admission specific to the College. Responsible for College memoranda, bulletins and communications as directed by the College Dean. Other functions as assigned by the Dean of the College.
