The OpportunityThe position serves as technical packaging specialist to generate and manage the artworks for new product launches in response to a given brief by international marketing teams or the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
What you'll get to doThe job involves using specialized software and equipment to prepare print materials for production. You will work closely with designers, printers, and marketing to ensure files are correctly formatted and printed to meet industry standards. This job requires technical expertise in graphic design and printing processes, as well as strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Key Tasks: From a database process update the decoration documentsPerform and maintenance the packaging specifications and all administrative SAP database (ECTR)Modify the documents including the new legal changes and taking into account regulatory constraintsAdvise Marketing on the viability of their designs, communicate with them (usually in English) until their final validationCoordinate delivery schedules with the New Product Creation (CNP) departmentParticipation in technical meetings (launch of the range, contact with the printers, etc.), press passing, technical point of contact for proof managementManage, coordinate and administer the necessary resources with suppliers for the correct execution of the entire production processSend to Regulatory Affairs and Laboratory to checkSend the docs to the suppliers for carrying out the Approval document (BAG)Validate supplier Approval documents (BAG) and update specificationsFeed and update the document databaseAssist in production validations (BAT) at suppliersWe'd love to meet you if you haveBachelor's degree in graphic design, printing technology, or related fieldMinimum experience of 2 years executing and coordinating product packaging development projects (from the technical design to printing process)Proficiency in prepress software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teamsAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyFluent in Spanish and English.
