Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your testing & commissioning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project in support of the Project Manager, ensuring application of the project's strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations, and professional standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (project management, engineering) and much more. You'll specifically take care of managing the T&C team, but also collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy to be applied in the lab and on the field.
We'll look to you for:Responsible for the QCD commitment of the T&C Work Package.Pro-actively manages the internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and the external interfaces with Partners, third parties, and Customers.Deploys T&C process on the field and ensures it is applied by the T&C team within the project.Delivers T&C plans, procedures, method statements, and coordinates staffing and training of the T&C team.Prepares and manages Test & Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics.Ensures the EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues.Manages the T&C team.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.Good knowledge of the English language (read, written, spoken). Any other additional language is an asset.More than 5 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.Experience of management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives.Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems + system global view.Interface with customers or partners and internally V&V, Design, Installation stakeholders.Experience managing projects from T&C point of view.Desirable: Previous team management experiences, Knowledge of ALSTOM rules and processes; and Quality, EHS and Railway safety knowledge.
