About the role:
As part of the French team, you'll join a dynamic, mature market where bsport has a strong presence—but we're aiming higher.
We're seeking curious, creative thinkers ready to elevate our success.
In this role, you'll support and train junior team members, develop partnership and referral strategies, manage lead distribution, and drive SDR performance and growth.

What will be your impact: Lead and support SDRs with daily activities, performance goals, and recruitment. Identify training needs, onboard new salespeople, and mentor the team with in-depth product knowledge. Collaborate with your SDR Manager and internal teams to create impactful educational materials—presentations, sales scripts, and product updates—and design engaging training sessions with gamification, role-plays, and pitch simulations. Drive strategic prospecting, targeting key players, and refining outreach strategies for impact. You would be a great fit if you have: At least 2-5 years of experience in sales positions, ideally in SaaS. Native level of French and fluency in English. Experience mentoring and developing team members, delivering feedback, and building a high-performing team culture. Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvement. Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
