What you will do at Signaturit
The SDR Team Lead plays a key role in the Spanish organization and has a direct impact on sales objectives, contributing to the generation of qualified opportunities and the creation of pipeline for field teams. Reporting directly to the VP Marketing Communications, he is responsible for co-constructing the BDR and SDR business plan, in partnership with the demand gen and sales teams. He/she works closely with the Revenue Operations team, to ensure effective management of BDR/SDR activity. Working in an international and multicultural environment, your main role as the Sales Development Representative Lead includes, but is not limited to:
Team Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of SDRs (managing inbound leads) and BDRs (handling outbound prospecting).
Coach and develop the team to enhance performance and efficiency through regular feedback, ongoing training, and guidance on best sales practices. Set and monitor KPIs (calls, emails, conversions, etc.) to ensure the team achieves pipeline generation goals. Track pipeline and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities. Manage alignment between inbound and outbound teams to optimize prospecting strategies and maximize results. Leverage Salesforce to monitor team performance, track activities, and improve processes.Individual Contribution to Pipeline Generation: Generate leads for the sales team by actively engaging in direct (outbound) prospecting activities and managing inbound leads. Handle a portfolio of strategic prospects to develop qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Execute prospecting campaigns through cold calling, personalized emails, social media outreach, and other creative tactics to drive interest from potential customers. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead qualification strategies and improve conversion rates.
