As a Dog Conduct Trainer, member of the R&D team, your mission will be to be involved in the behaviors and social conducts of our dogs in our nutrition center. The specific areas of the requested role is essentially to lead the project of identification of social dynamics of dogs and train the puppies.What will you do?You will be responsible for:Improving the facilities within the needs of the dogs.Identifying social dynamics via new technologies and observation.Animal Profiling.Behavior modification through detailing new patterns.Training of animals for new procedures and relationship behaviors.Collaboration with caretakers to ensure the welfare of the animals.You will collaborate with:Cat area team.Dog Caretakers.Facility Manager.R&D department to collaborate, align and work together with the other members of your area.You have:Experience and knowledge of pet behavior.Veterinary, Ethology or Animal behavior formation will be highly desirable.Your skills:Pet lover.Analytical capacity.IT skills: digital abilities, data entry, Gmail & Drive usage, Microsoft Office skills.Your soft skills:Methodic and systematic thinking.Proactivity.Self-management: Being able to work autonomously and in a responsible way.Self-confidence.Team Working and Social skills.Good communication skills.Open-minded and Adaptability skills.Empathy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
