This position is integral to the company's strategy of ensuring the delivery of top-tier IT services.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning & Design:Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and Designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
Develop detailed manual and automated test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.Test Execution:Execute both manual and automated test cases, performing functional, regression, performance, and usability testing across desktop and mobile applications.
Identify, record, and document bugs and issues, providing detailed reproduction steps.
Create and maintain comprehensive test reports, summarizing testing status, coverage, and results to relevant stakeholders.Quality Assurance:Ensure all digital products meet high standards of quality and functionality before release.
Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved, ensuring that fixes do not introduce new issues.
Monitor and follow up on bug resolution in conjunction with the development team, verifying the correct implementation of software changes.
Review specifications and documentation to identify potential issues early in the development cycle.Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new features and fixes into our products.
Maintain communication about product readiness for release and provide insights to align project goals.
