We are looking for a person responsible for Supply Chain coordination, ensuring timely supply and supporting adherence to relevant Supply Chain Management KPIs, with appropriate and timely escalation of supply risks. This role also manages Material Master Data creation for Finished Goods.Major Tasks and Responsibilities Supply Review and Coordination: Monitor and be responsible for planning accounts, serving as the main contact for Supply Chain Management Site / Global counterparts and CMOs regarding the product portfolio.Prepare reports of shipment status for monitoring purposes.Monitor sales trends and take appropriate action to mitigate risks of out-of-stock situations (e.G., change of transportation mode, request additional or advanced production).Prepare stock out risk and actual report (OOS Reporting for Service Level).Monitor shelf life and obsolescence in countries.Check and request transportation mode adjustments, when needed, in alignment with appropriate planning and transportation colleagues.Confirm purchase requisitions and check past due orders regularly to ensure correct planning.Escalate supply risks appropriately and timely.Coordinate local mitigation activities (e.G., accelerate local release and liaising with O2C).Negotiate annual supply parameters with GSP/Supply center (APR).Follow up on execution of all reprocess operations (OTD, buyback, relabeling, repackaging).Coordinate subcontracting activities in alignment with Division (Trade Marketing) for timely supply of PoS promotional displays.Material Master Data Management: Maintain SAP Material Master Data accuracy in SAP and satellite systems at all times through strict adherence to data maintenance rules.Conduct continuous consistency checks and adjustments of current Material Master Data and planning parameters.Ensure adequate communication and coordination with dependent functions (e.G., with O2C) to ensure smooth running of end-to-end processes.Requirements Bachelor's Degree in business administration or Supply Chain Management related, preferred.At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management.Good knowledge of Pharma Business.Very structured and analytical skills.Knowledge of processes and systems (SAP, APO, and ERP knowledge).Proficiency in MS Office.Highly motivated, structured, and able to handle stress.Strength in troubleshooting, problem solving, and a high degree of proactivity.Result-oriented.Fluent in English; another language would be advantageous.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Team player with a sense of urgency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
