Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.At least 8-10 years of Information Technology experience.Experience as Scrum Master.Experience facilitating ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, demos, and retrospective).Experience with Agile Principles in any roles.Experience working with multiple Scrum Teams at the same time.Preferred Qualifications: Enabling and challenging team members regarding self-organization & commitments.Resolving impediments & engaging others if external blockers.Provide effective leadership and familiarity in Scaled Agile framework and Program increment planning.Mentoring other members on Agile principles and scrum practices.Proficiency in story writing and multiple prioritization techniques.Work with stakeholders on Release Planning, Product Roadmap, and prioritization.Proficient in scrum with Azure DevOps.Experience in Logistics domain.Strong communication and analytical skills.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
