Detalles del empleoTipo de empleo: Contrato indefinidoUbicación: Málaga, Málaga provinciaDescripción del puesto: Scrum Master - SCIB MalagaCountry: SpainSCIB is looking for a SCRUM MASTER, based in our MÁLAGA office.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Promoting and supporting Scrum and Lean-Agile practices.Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers.Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.Guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Development team on how to get the most out of self-organization.Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments.Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged.Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team.Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog.EXPERIENCE: +3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a technical background.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban.Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing.Excellent communication and mentoring skills.Experience with Atlassian Tools: JIRA and Confluence.High level of English.If you want to know more about us, follow us on LinkedIn or visit our website here.#SCIB
