Project Description: Deliver modern, omni-channel, real-time retailing shopping experience built on Travel AITM for low-cost carriers (LCC). Enhance direct offer capabilities to drive airline yield. LCCs require low cost and highly configurable flexible eCommerce capabilities and provide the ability for LCC to process Offer and Order transactions. Provide reduced cost through consolidation of common components including consolidation of offer management system.Responsibilities:Support 5 multi-disciplinary Agile teams (Offer Management).Supervise the teams to avoid over commitments during the sprint and facilitate the backlog.Enable teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver using effective Agile practices.Support the teams to follow DoD and team rules on cooperation, quality, and WIP limit.Work to increase team performance through continuous improvement processes.Facilitate Scrum team ceremonies, including Iteration Review & Demo (one for all 5 teams), Milestone Retrospective (two retrospectives a month), Iteration Planning (short planning for each Scrum Team), and Epic Refinement (twice a month).Support the teams in the daily Scrum meeting to self-organize the daily sync.Help teams coordinate with other teams on the Agile Scrum of Scrums to resolve issues and dependencies, communicate status to management, and identify and mitigate risks.Work with Rally as a system of record to practice Agile governance with metrics such as estimates and actuals, burn down, and velocity.Engage and proactively coach Product Owners to refine the product backlog, ensuring that backlog items/requirements are ready for planning into future Sprints.Work closely with Product Owners and Leads to develop continuous improvement on the program roadmap.Maintain a proactive risk and dependency mitigation mindset, addressing both external and internal risks during Scrum of Scrums and Sprint Planning sessions.Coordinate with other Scrum Masters on best practices and ways to improve Agile implementation within the organization.Skills:Must have: Deep knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and theory; experience in challenging the status quo; experience in supporting teams in meeting their goals; strong facilitation skills.Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, familiarity with Scrum framework, SAFe framework, and great communication skills.Nice to have: Experience in development.Languages: English: C1 AdvancedSeniority: SeniorRelocation package: If needed, we can help you with the relocation process.Vacancy Specialization: Scrum MasterRef Number: VR-95728#J-18808-Ljbffr
