We embrace a strong risk culture and all our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.Santander is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, disability, civil status, race, religion or sexual orientation.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a scrum master, your goal will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies, taking metrics that allow measuring execution, detecting inefficiencies in the way the team works, reporting to senior management on the evolution of the product and ensuring the punctuality and quality of the deliverables.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Maintain a backlog in Jira according to the product owner's specifications, correctly updated and aligned with the team.Organize the ceremonies of the sprint: planning, dailies, refinements, reviews and retrospectives.Maintain a governance of the product where both the product owner and the functional report as well as the hierarchical report in COO are aware of the status, risks and dependencies.Functionally design solutions for centralizing account information.Globally coordinate the gathering of requirements and implementation of products.Analyze and homogenize regional products towards a global one.Functionally define the solution so that it can be consulted online in a web portal.Interact with different teams to obtain input and its final validation of documents.Collaborate in the product team in search of continuous improvement.EXPERIENCE5 years of experience in software development projects, proving experience as scrum master.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/business administration/mathematics.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEProject planning, Jira and agile methodologies.Basic knowledge in programming.Advance level in Microsoft Office.English and Spanish (C1).Transactional banking.New Technologies: API Connect, APIs.OTHER INFORMATIONInterest in the latest trends, technologies and programming languages.Team spirit, good communication skills, ease in interpersonal relationships.
